Dress – Denim & Supply by Ralph Lauren | Belt – Zara | Bag – Chloe | Shoes – Zara
If florals for Spring weren’t groundbreaking then florals for Fall aren’t ground breaking either. Floral influences are seen in fashion all year round be it in prints, thread embroidery, lace or appliqué. It’s just a matter of distinguishing the styles according to the season and occasion.
For summers we usually opt for peppy numbers in bright colours whereas for fall we turn towards rich deeper hues. For a winter outfit flowers on a dark moody background add a romantic touch to the look.
For a dramatic look I choose this dress with big and bold prints. Given the style of this dress with the flared bottom and long sleeves, while styling this look the main approach was to maintain the femininity of the look amd add hints of edgyness to it. To create a perfect balance between both the elements by pairing it with appropriate accessories.
There are a couple of other ways one could update this look by layering with a scarf or a black leather jacket. A black belt with gold accents at the waist to add definition to the look and some subtle print mixing with my striped Drew bag.
